FAQ's

How does Flat Fee Listing work?

Flat Fee Listing offers the same MLS exposure as a traditional agent, but for a fraction of the cost. You pay a small flat fee instead of 6-7% commissions. You can sell directly to a buyer without an agent and pay zero commission. If a buyer’s agent is involved, you can negotiate their commission upfront.

What Is the Difference between a Full Service Listing and a Flat Fee Listing?

A traditional full-service MLS listing typically involves a 6-12 month agreement and a 6-7% commission split between the listing and buyer’s agents. With a flat fee MLS listing, there’s no listing commission, and you can sell FSBO (For Sale By Owner) . You have the option to negotiate and decide whether to pay a commission to the buyer’s agent. If there is no buyer’s agent, then you pay no commission at all. You receive the same level of exposure on the MLS and all major real estate websites as you would with a traditional listing. The main difference is that you save a significant amount of money with Flat Fee Listing!
